The efuse is not a fuse in the best-known sense, but a superfast electronic switch that can switch off test probes used in an on wafer test or semiconductor test more quickly than a short circuit can damage the probe and the wafer.

Grund Technical Solutions (GTS) was established in 2008 and is considered a leading supplier of ESD Testing and Simulation equipment. Junkosha is a supplier of RF test cables assemblies for frequency DC to 120GHz. Their cables feature excellent phase stability, low insertion loss and low VSWR. Besides the Test & Measurement applications Junkosha cables can be used for measurement of semiconductor wafer devices, fixed wiring for communication devices at base station and thermal vacuum applications.
