Bias Tee

Ultra High Voltage (UHV) Bias Tee

The Ultra High Voltage Bias Tee is an additional device which is used – in connection with the Keysight B1505A – for measuring CV on semiconductor components. The system supports measuring the component capacitances Cds and Cgd for "Normally Off" components. The UHV Bias Tee combines the test signals from the MFCMU of the B1505A and the N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expanders. The outputs of the UHV Bias Tee connect to the appropriate UHV inputs of the N1265A test fixture. Alternatively, the outputs of the Ultra High Voltage Bias Tee may be connected to a customer test fixture or a wafer prober.
